Wedding Photographer at Colegio Las Vizcainas, Mexico

Colonial-Style Weddings, Mexico City, Photo Shoots

Maria and Jeronimo, this awesome couple from the heart of Mexico City, picked us, Ivonne and yours truly, to capture their big day behind the lens. They were like, “We want you guys!” and decided to roll with a marathon 12-hour photoshoot. So, there we were, April rolled around, and we were geared up to dive into this amazing adventure.

The day kicked off with Maria and Jeronimo getting all dolled up at home. We were there to catch all the candid, behind-the-scenes moments – you know, the makeup, the suits, all the good stuff. It was a blast to witness the excitement and nerves building up. Jeronimo was all like, “I can’t believe this is happening,” and Maria was glowing with happiness.

Then it was off to the Colegio de las Vizcaínas for the ceremony, and wow, that place was stunning!

The church was like something out of a fairy tale, and we couldn’t have asked for a better backdrop for the ‘I dos.’ The love in the air was palpable, and we made sure to snap up every emotional moment, from their vows to the first kiss as a married couple.

After the “I dos” came the epic party, and we were right there in the midst of it all. The majestic courtyard of the Colegio de las Vizcaínas transformed into this dreamy setting for the cocktail and dinner. We got some killer shots of the lovebirds dancing, laughing, and celebrating with their friends and family. It was a night to remember, and we’ve got the photos to prove it!

These are the moments they’ll cherish forever, and we’re so stoked to have been a part of it all.
