Birth Certificate: You’ll also need a certified copy of your Birth Certificate. But wait, it’s gotta be stamped by the Mexican Consular Office that’s in charge of where your birth certificate came from.

Singleness Cerfificate: If either of you has been married before, you gotta bring proof. That could be a certified copy of the Divorce decree, okayed by a Mexican Consulate, or a Death Certificate if your previous spouse passed away. Again, gotta get those stamped by the right Mexican Consulate.
